Do I need any After Effects experience to take this class?
Nope! This class is for beginners who want to learn how to animate in After Effects, or anyone who's tried After Effects before and wants to get better at animation.
What tools/software do I need?
An Adobe CC subscription that includes After Effects. Photoshop and an iPad + Apple pencil or some other drawing tablet is optional.
Is this class for me?
This class is for designers and illustrators who are ready to put a couple of hours into learning animation.
Can I really make more money with animation?
Yes! Designers who know how to animate are paid 20-30% more when you work in-house, and when you're working on freelance gigs, animation is a highly praised skill to have.
How long does will it take to complete the class project?
Around 2 hours.
